The 2025 KTM 350 XC-F occupies a sweet spot in off-road performance, offering a blend of power, agility, and endurance. It uses a 349.7 cc, liquid-cooled single-cylinder, four-valve engine with a 44 mm Keihin throttle body and 6-speed gearbox. It has enough punch to rival many larger displacement bikes, especially in the mid-range, without being unwieldy. The compression ratio is high (14.6:1), giving strong response off the bottom and good torque for trail riding, yet it also revs out nicely when you need speed.

On the chassis and suspension side, KTM has made several refinements for the 2025 model. There’s a reworked steel frame (central double-cradle chromoly) with improved engine mounts and revised frame flex, a lighter and more durable swingarm, and updated rear shock linkage. Both front and rear suspension use WP XACT components, with 300 mm (˜11.8 in) of travel, fully adjustable damping, and ride-friendly settings. The handling is sharp, but with enough compliance to soak up trail chatter and rough terrain.

In terms of ergonomics, features, and usability, the 350 XC-F shines for serious off-road riders. The seat height is tall (around 37.6 in / 954 mm), ground clearance is high, and controls are solid—hydraulic clutch, Brembo brakes, robust plastics, good airbox design, etc. For those wanting more, the Factory Edition adds even more premium components (tires, silencer, graphics, triples, etc.), along with KTM’s Connectivity Unit Offroad for app-integration and setup tuning. It’s expensive, but the extra pieces matter to riders who want to extract every ounce of performance.
